Questions
What happens after the 14-day free trial?
Your trial includes 10 bug reports. After 14 days, choose Pro or Premium to keep receiving reports. Your existing reports stay available until they reach their storage limit.
What if I go over my monthly limit?
Nothing is lost. Extra reports are saved but locked, and they unlock as soon as you upgrade. Limits reset every month.
How am I billed?
All plans are billed by Shopify on your regular Shopify invoice. You can change or cancel your plan any time from the app.
Is there a discount for paying yearly?
Yes — yearly plans cost the same as 10 months, so you get 2 months free.
Do shoppers need to install anything?
No. Shoppers just tap the button, allow the microphone and talk while they show the problem. Passwords and card numbers are always hidden.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Cancel or switch plans from the app at any time. Billing is handled by Shopify, so there are no separate contracts.
